Vegetable Fried Rice
Ingredients:
Vegetables;
Carrot - 3
Capsicum- 1
Cabbage-1 cup
Sauces:
Soya sauce- 1tbsp
Chilli sauce - 1 tbsp
Cooked basmati rice- 1cup
Veniger- 1 tbsp
Black/ white pepper powder-1/2 tbsp
Oil- 4tbsp
Salt- to taste
PROCEDURE
Finely chop all the vegetables length wise.Mix both the sauces with veniger and keep aside. Now add oil in a heavy bottomed pan and let it heat for a while. Now add chopped vegetables and cook on high flame for 3-4 min. add 80% cooked basmati rice. Now add a pinch of salt and all sauce mixture and pepper powder. Fry on high flame for 5 min. Now the fried rice in ready and u can serve as it is or can have it with gravies of your choice.
