PUFFED RICE SALAD ( MARAMARALU MASALA) ( BORUGULU MIXTURE)
INGREDIENTS:
Puffed rice- 1 cup
Boondi - 1/2 cup
Peanuts - 3 tbsp
Cucumber - 1 small
Tomato - 1
Onion - 1
Coriander - 1/4 cup chopped
Lemon juice- 3 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Chilly powder- to taste
Garam masala- 1/2 tbsp
PROCEDURE:
Deep fry peanuts or dry roast peanuts. Chop onion, tomato, cucumber and keep aside. In a large mixing bowl add puffed rice, boondi, fried peanuts, chopped veggies, coriander, salt, chilly powder, garam masala, lemon juice and mix well until puffed rice shrink in size a bit. Take it into small bowl and serve with some sev.
