COCONUT LADDOO

INGREDIENTS:

Coconut grated - 2 cups
Condensed Milk- 1 cup
Cardamon powder- 1tbsp
Amonds - 20 nos
Ghee    - 2 tbsp

PROCEDURE:
  In a pan add  ghee and fry almonds for 2 minutes and keep it aside. Now add grated coconut and condensed milk in the pan and fry until the mixture leaves the sides of the pan and becomes non sticky. Take it out from a pan and make into small balls and decorate with fried almonds and serve..
