SABUDANA PAKODA
INGREDIENTS:
Sabudana-1 cup
Sour curd- 1 cup
Green chillies- 2
Onions-1 medium sized
Rice flour- 1 cup
Salt- to taste
Oil- for deep frying
Cooking soda
Procedure:
Soak sabudana in sour curd without adding salt for over night. In the morning add rice flour, salt, chopped onions and green chillies and a pinch of cooking soda. Add water if desired. Dont make it too tight or loose. Now place kadai on stove and pour oil for deep frying. Let it heat and pour the batter into oil in the form of pakodas with the help of spoon and fry them until it is golden brown. Remove them from oil and serve.
