SPROUTS VEG BURGER
Ingredients:
Boiled sprouts- 1 cup
Potato- 2 (boiled and mashed)
Veggies of choice- carrot, corn, cabbage (boiled)
Bread crumbs- 1/2 cup
Cornflour- 1/4 cup
Onions- sliced horizontally
Tomato- sliced horizontally
Cheese slices- 2
Mayonnaise-1/4 cup
Lettuce- optional
Salt- to taste
Oil- 5 tbsp
Burger buns- 2
Procedure:
In a bowl add sprouts, veggies, mashed potato, salt and pepper powder and mix well. After mixing make it into small patties or cutlets. Make sure that the size of the patties should be equal to size of the burger buns you take. Don't make it too thin. The patties should be little thick in size.In another bowl add cornflour and little water and mix it. Now dip the burger patties in cornflour and then roll them in bread crumbs. Now take pan and let it heat. Apply oil to the pan and fry the patties on both sides untill it becomes crisp.Otherwise you can deep fry the patties in oil. Cut the burger buns in the middle and heat it on the pan for a while. Now place the patties above the bottom part of burger bun. On the top of it place onion and tomato slice. At the top you can add lettuce chopped.Now place the cheese slice and close it the with the top part of the bun. Now yummy and healthy burger is ready to eat. Serve hot with tomato ketchup and french fries.
