SWEET CORN SOYA PULAO

INGREDIENTS:

Basmati rice- 1 cup
Sweet Corn- 1
Whole garam masala ingredients- biryani leaf,
                                                       biryani flower,
                                                       elaichi, laung,
                                                       cinamon stick,
                                                       shai jeera
                                                       javatri
Oil- 2 tbsp
Salt- to taste
Soya- 1/2 cup
Pulao masala or garam masala- 2 tbsp
Ginger paste- 1/2 tbsp
Green chillies- 2

Procedure:

In a cooker add oil and let it heat. Now add whole garam masala ingredients, ginger paste and green chillies and let it fry for a min. Meanwhile soak soya granules in water with salt. Add sweet corn kernels to the cooker and let it fry for another minute. Now add washed basmati rice and salt and add 2 cups of water for 1 cup of basmati rice. Now add soaked soya granules and pulao masala and place the lid of cooker with whistle. Let it cook untill 4 whistles. Switch off the stove.Wait for 5 min and open the lid of the cooker and mix well. Note that not to mix hard so that the rice may break and the pulao may become sticky. Mix smoothly and serve hot.
