VEG SAMOSA
INGREDIENTS:
Spring roll sheets- 6
For stuffing:
Mixed Vegetables boiled- 2 Cups( Potato, carrot, green peas)
Oil- for deep frying
Salt- to taste
All purpose flour- 2 tbsp
Chilly powder-1/2 tbsp
Ginger paste- 1/4 tbsp
Procedure:
In a fry pan add oil and add mixed vegetables and fry for a min. Add salt, gingerpaste, chilly powder and mix well. Now add all purpose flour in a small bowl and add 5tbsp of water and mix well.Take spring roll sheets and apply the vegetables mixture in middle and fold like samosa. Close the end of samosa by applying the all purpose flour to fix the end of samosa. In a kadai add oil for deep frying. Let it heat. Now fry the samosas half and take out. After 2 minutes again fry the samosa till golden colur and serve hot. Make sure that oil should not be very hot.
