IDLI

INGREDIENTS:

Urad dal- 1 cup
Idli Rawa- 3 cups
Salt- to taste.

Procedure:

Soak urad dal and idli rawa over night seperately. Wash urad dal and grind it into paste. Wash idli rawa and add to urad dal in the grinder and grind for 2 min. Now add salt and keep it aside for 4 hours. Now place the batter in idli plates and steam it for 12 mim. Remove from stove and idli plates and serve hot with ghee and coconut chutney.
