VEGETABLE SANDWICH

INGREDIENTS:

Brown bread- 4 slices
Tomatoes- 1
Onion-1
Cucumber( keera)- 1
Cheese slices- 2
Butter- 1tbsp

Procedure:

Apply butter to bread slices and keep aside. Cut the veggies into round slices. Now place the veggies on one bread slice.And now place cheese slice on the top. Close this with another bread slice. Do the same with the other bread slices and place it in a sandwich griller and cook it. Remove from the grill and serve hot with tomato ketchup or chilly sauce.
