PEARL MILLET DOSA (BAJRA DOSA) (SAJJAPINDI DOSA)

INGREDIENTS:

Bajra flour- 1 cup
Rice flour- 1 cup
Onions chopped -1/2 cup
Green chillies chopped- 2
Salt- to taste
Oil- for making dosa

Procedure:

Mix bajra flour, rice flour, chopped onions, green chillies, salt with water. The batter should be very watery. Now heat a tawa and sprinkle oil on it.Let it heat. Take big laddle and pour dosa batter on the tawa from edges of the tawa to middle roundly. Now again sprinkle oil on the top of the dosa. Cook dosa on both sides by flipping it untill reddish brown. Remove from tawa and serve hot with tomato onion chutney.
 Dosa should get holes in the middle.Then dosa will come good.
