SABUDANA VADA

INGREDIENTS:

Sabudana- 1cup
Potatoes- 2
Ground nuts- 1 cup
Salt- to taste
Oil- for deep frying
Green chilles- 2


Procedure:

Soak sabudana over night.In this recipe i used small sabudana. You can use big one either. Boil potatoes and mash them. Fry ground nuts in a kadai without oil and grind them corasely. Now in a bowl add soaked sabudana, ground nut powder, salt, mashed potatoes, green chillies and salt and mix well. Now take small ball from the mixture and make them in the form of vada by pressing them gently on the hand.Take oil in the kadai for deep frying and let it heat. Now drop the vada in the oil smoothly and fry them untill golden brown. Remove from kadai and serve hot with green chutney.
