MANGO RICE
Ingredients:
Rice- 2cups
Green chillies- 2
Cumin seeds- 1tbsp
Mustard seeds- 1 tbsp
Sweet corn- 1 cup
Raw mango-1
Salt - to taste
Oil - 3 tbsp
Procedure:
Pressure cook rice with 4 cups of water..In a mixer grinder add raw mango chopped, Green chillies and salt and blend into rough paste. In a kadai add oil and then let it heat. Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds and let it splutter. Then add sweet corn and fry for a minute untill it cooks. Now add mango paste and cook for another minute. Then add cooked rice and salt and fry for 3 minutes and serve.
